Shipping

Worldwide shipping is available using PostNL or DHL. If you prefer another shipping carrier, this can usually be arranged after prior consultation.

Please note that all prices listed on this website exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination, package size and preferred shipping method after contact has been established.

Every item is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely. Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it travels at the buyer’s risk. While every effort is made to package items securely, I cannot be held responsible for loss, delay or damage caused during transit.

Ordering

This website serves as a platform to present items from my private collection.

• A sale is considered final only after confirmation by the seller.

• Unless agreed otherwise, items can be reserved for up to seven (7) days pending payment.

• Reservations may be extended or adjusted by mutual agreement.

• Although every effort is made to ensure accurate descriptions and pricing, I reserve the right to cancel a sale if an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Payment

All prices are listed and payable in Euros (€). Accepted payment methods are:

Payment instructions will be provided after confirmation of the purchase.

Should an item demonstrably differ from its description or prove not to be an original World War II item, a refund may be considered after consultation. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Authenticity

Unless stated otherwise, all items offered on this website are believed to be original World War II artefacts.

Descriptions are written to the best of my knowledge, based on years of collecting experience and available research. If additional information becomes available, descriptions may be updated accordingly.
