Tin for the Model III gas mask (version for military)

This tin was manufactured by the State Artillery Works (Staatsbedrijf der Artillerie-Inrichtingen) and was therefore intended for military distribution, although most versions were meant for civilian use. These civilian versions were typically produced by companies such as Vredestein and Hevea.

The tin is empty but still contains the anti-fog stick in its original silver foil wrapping.
