This bayonet has the bakelite grips and standard leather frog. The bayonet is marked WKC, meaning Weyersberg, Kirschbaum & Cie in Solingen. The sheath is unmarked as far as can be seen.

The leather frog has an RBnr on it: 0/0750/5368, which means it was made by Buchmüller & Co. in Stuttgart.
