Dutch M1917 dagger "stormdolk"

Dutch dagger, M1917 also called "storm dagger" (stormdolk). Second  model with retaining strap. Originally intended for infantry assault sections; around the time of mobilization, it was designated for personnel who did not carry a rifle or carbine. There is a crack in the handle (which is covered by the retaining strap), but otherwise, the dagger is in good condition with nice bluing on the blade and clear CW stamp (Centrale Werkplaats) on the sheath. Dagger and sheath have non-matching numbers.
